It gives an instant estimated value for any motorcycle, scooter, or moped (any brand), then connects users to a nationwide network of authorized dealers to complete a sell, exchange, or scrap transaction.

Core flow: user selects state, city, two-wheeler type (Motorcycle/Scooter/Moped), make, model, and year, then chooses to Sell/Exchange or Scrap the vehicle. This triggers a condition questionnaire (6 questions: smoke, starting, lights/indicators, front tyre, rear tyre, body parts), a legal/documentation questionnaire (RC availability, KYC match, hypothecation, criminal record, pending liabilities, running condition), mobile OTP authentication, an estimated value with available offers, optional exploration of new Hero models with exchange/scrap benefits (road tax rebate, green discount), dealer selection, and a final confirmation/feedback step (star rating + WhatsApp/Telegram referral share).
